I'm the cook behind Frozen Pint. This book started in my kitchen in Florida, where the Creami gets more use than any other appliance I own. I went looking for recipes built for the big 24 oz family pint, with real ice cream flavor and honest numbers, and could not find the book I wanted. So I wrote it.
Every one of the 100 recipes here was made, spun, re-spun, and macro-checked at home: full ingredients, mix-ins, and swaps, with calories, protein, carbs, fat, and sugar printed right on the page. And every pint lands under 500 calories.
I am also an ultramarathoner, which means my standard for a serving is the whole pint. If a recipe would not satisfy a hungry runner at my own table, it did not make the book.
